Can be recruited with an Astral Light Pen if the conditions are met. All resistances lost on recruitment.

Almost completely stands still in combat and fires off single target stuff that can paralyze, steal back some health, and cause confusion. With Mist of Darkness spread out (or any other field effect), Formless Fetter can deal solid magic damage and bind.

Solid stats to make use of his kit. Most of his kit can be shut down with a successful mist of silence though.
