Silent leeches only appear in the Elona+ version of Elona. They are a stronger, 2nd tier version of the flying leech; they look like one but tinted darker.

They prefer melee combat and casts Mist of Silence. They have access to the Scavenge special action to eat your food and the Drain Blood special action to steal health.
