<Shena's Panty>

The <Shena's Panty> (scentful panty when unidentified) is a thrown weapon and can be found randomly carried by nobles (a 1/100 chance).

Despite its name, it is not worn by Shena.

Your best chance of getting it is to visit higher-level Party Time! quests and read scrolls of oracle when a good number of nobles are present. Once you confirmed the presence of the item, you can set about to kill nobles to try to find it. (Careful, the nobles in the Party Time! quests are a lot more powerful than the Palmia versions.)
