Encountered next to her brother, <Regulus> the altered, in North Tyris South Border.

Appears after player reaches 13th level of Cradle of Chaos. Innately resistant to raw magic and immune to blindness and fear.

In combat, she damages her target by using Distant Attack, Shadow Step, Psychic Wave special action and casting Nerve Arrow. She causes target to go insane using her Eye of Insanity. She uses Super Regene to heal very quickly. She buffs herself by casting Attribution Shield to reduce elemental damages. At low health, she uses Uncontroll, increasing her stats and makes her appearance looks similar like <Meshera Alpha> the deformed angel.
