Has a solid gunner-designated kit designed around usage of Zero shoot. Dancing Wire pulls enemies in if not there already. Can self buff for increased dodge rate (and float) and speed. Also will teleport to targets and deal an absolute piercing attack at low health.

Just be aware Zero shoot itself does not activate any additional effects (such as elemental damage), so weapons that may be customized heavily to capitalize on that will be less useful. Is also very willing to put itself in danger even at low health, for better or worse.

Whether or not this will be useful at the point you obtain this NPC is another thing however. With time, definitely a solid melee-range gunner. Provided you can keep him alive of course.
