<Murder Knight> is a new mini-boss that's been added in Elona+. He can be found in dungeons around his level and higher. He can also be encountered as an ambusher in Beauty and the beast quests.

<Murder Knight> is a recruitable NPC, and follows the normal rules for recruitment. In short, you need a free party slot, kill <Murder Knight>, and say yes to the popup that appears; you still get his card, figurine, corpse, and equipment.

<Murder Knight> has the armor bit flag unique to Armor type enemies. As a Claymore, can use Piercing Sword. It also innately floats. Any resistances he has are lost upon recruiting.
