Mission From Garziem Level 150[]
This quest was added in the 2.02 update of Elona+.[1]

From: <Garziem> in the Albedrion, a sublocation of the Dock in Lost Irva.
Reward: The <N97 Cannon>. Repeating the quest will award a jewel of tear of god each time and the type of jewel given depends on the time of day you complete the quest. See the artifact fusion page for the time listing.
Task: Figure out what is causing the workers to malfunction by ingratiating yourself to your new boss.
You must perform a certain amount of work A, work B, and work C. The rules for how performing each work is as follows:
- Work A will not progress unless work B is 500 or lower and your character's SP is 50% or greater.
- Work B will not progress unless the amount of Work C you need to complete is even and your character does not have the Need Sleep status effect.
- Work C will not progress unless "Stay organized lightly" has been performed 3 times or more and it is being performed between 8AM and 5PM.
- The "Stay organized lightly" counter will decrement by 1 at 12AM but will never go past 0, and will reset to 0 when quitting the game.
- Working on any task spends stamina and time every turn. Success depends on Perception and Learning attributes.
- Reporting to your boss will allow you to know how much of each work you need to complete for that round.
Reporting to the boss also comes with its own issues:
- Reporting when work A's quota is 500 or less from 12AM to 2AM will increase work A's quota
- Reporting when work B's quota is 500 or less from 3AM to 5AM will increase work B's quota
- Reporting when work C's quota is 500 or less from 12PM to 2PM will increase work C's quota
- Picking "Stay organized lightly" 4 times or more and reporting to the NPC will reduce Impress, but doing so will also reduce the "Stay organized lightly counter" to 3.
- When completing a round of work, your boss will reward you with a toil-energy drink, improve his Impress by 15 then give you a new round of A, B, and C work to complete.
Certain options when reporting will also negatively impact impress:
- When talking about making changes to the workplace, almost every option will decrease Impress
- When reporting with 0 Impress, there will be a special dialogue that occurs which will decrease Impress
- If you anger him enough to make his impress go down to -100 or some serious amount, doing a round of work will reset it to -5 or 3 or somewhere thereabouts
The win condition for the subquest is as follow:
- Your boss's Impress must be <Amicable> or higher (+70 Impress)
- You must have performed at least one round of work to enable the option to talk about changes to the workplace
- You must select the option to ask for maintenance leave, saying it may be because of illness
Be aware that leaving the map will cause your boss's Impress to decrease, so make sure you have your bed, wife, and ample food and alcohol with you so you don't need to leave the map. The amount of A, B and C work needed to complete a round varies, but all of the work is usually between 1500-2500. If you get your boss drunk and prostitute yourself to him repeatedly, his Impress will go up saving you from having to do multiple rounds of work. This quest is repeatable. After clearing the quest, there is a 1/10 chance that it will become available again every time the date changes while the player is not in the Albedrion. Reporting between 12AM to 5AM will also change the map's BGM.
