Lulwy's photo collection is an Elona+ exclusive furniture item when this item is on the ground, characters that step on it will have a 5% chance of skipping their turn. They will also have a separate 10% chance of acting as if they had stepped into a confusion trap (strength depends on floor level). It can be bought from Manytia the adventure merchant at the Old War Ground, for 100,000gp. It was added in 1.74.
This works if the opponent is standing on it, too, so it works well against stationary targets.
