<Little sister> is a neutral NPC that spawns after Big daddy's death. She ignores you and has karma repercussions for attacking her. If you are on Little sister quest, you can get a little ball (mechanical ball when unidentified) by asking the Strange Scientist for one. Throw a little ball at the <Little sister>, and she will join your party.
Eating her corpse might increase Life, Mana, and will slightly train potential of all skills. In Elona+, the randomness is removed - Mana is increased every 3 corpses and Life is increased every 6 corpses. However, her eggs do not share the same effect.
Killing Little Sisters reduces the spawnrate of Big Daddies, but the reduction is capped at 3/7 of original rate in Elona+.
The "Little Sister's Diary" summons a younger sister, not a <Little sister>.
Attempts to breed <Little sister>s in a Ranch will also result in younger sisters.
An easily missed detail about <Little sister>s is their ability to grow limbs, just like any other mutant. It is thus possible to capture one, take her to Gavela and add the desired limbs.
After doing that, the <Little sister> can be grown normally, gaining an extra limb every 3 levels until reaching level 36. A possible tactic is to evolve (see below) the <Little sister>, offsetting the speed penalty for a complex body and enabling her to Shadow Step to faster enemies.
Evolution[]
The <Little sister> can be evolved into a Big Sister with an <evolution heart>, gaining 60 speed, Shadow Step special action, and a new sprite. This does not prevent from being accepted by Strange Scientist for the Little sister quest.
