Juere's gem stone of holy rain

Juere's^[sic] Gem Stone of Holy Rain is the second reward from worshiping Jure of Healing. It has a similar effect as using a scroll of healing rain: it heals you, your pets and nearby non-hostile NPCs. It may only be used once every 8 hours.
