Greater Evasion

Greater Evasion is a perception based skill that allows you to "evade inaccurate attacks."

This means a chance to dodge a critical hit (which normally hit 100%). Greater Evasion does not seem to provide an additional chance to dodge a normal hit.

Trained skill

You may only learn Greater Evasion from the mages guild trainer in Lumiest.

Elona+

Greater Evasion rolls occurred when the target's evasion value was greater than 2 times the attacker's accuracy, but the Greater Evasion roll itself now has a greater chance of succeeding. The Greater Evasion roll has the maximum chance of succeeding when target's evasion value is 10 times the attacker's accuracy value or greater.

If both the attacker and target have Greater Evasion skill and are using the same weapon type, then the attacker's Greater Evasion is rolled against the target's to determine the chance of reducing the gauge attack.

Greater Evasion can still proc when in Bind status.

Gravity status ailment will completely negate Greater Evasion.

Bird, Cupid, and Dog races are trained in the skill.
