<God inside Ehekatl> is a hostile NPC added in 1.14fix4 that is summoned as a result of killing <Ehekatl>. An easy way to achieve this is by using gain_spact in wizard mode to get the Mewmewmew! special action.

When she is summoned, you will get the message Memememw...MEMEMEM...MEWWWWWW!. Pressing any key will cause a fiery inferno to erupt and <God inside Ehekatl> will appear.

Besides standard melee attacks, <God inside Ehekatl> has numerous abilities, including the Crystal Spear spell, Drain Blood, Power Breath, and Shadow step special actions. She is armed with Frisia's Tail, which she drops upon her death.
