While extremely good in all attributes and excellent at scoring hits, there's an obvious drawback: they can't equip armor. They're not as evasive as, say, a catsister or catgod. As such, it's best to go with an archer or claymore for a starting class.

Elona+ greatly expands on the use of the God race, and as such has given them a wide variety of trained skills to expand their powers. In addition, many NPC Gods have a huge bonus to stats, which is lost when recruiting. More specifics are presented in the God recruiting penalty page.
