The Fixity anchor is a precious item added in Elona+ 1.87. It can be obtained by trading 6500 music tickets with rich person <Stoke> in Arcbelc.
Using it on a target gives the target the buff Shooting Mode, and, as of Elona+ 1.91, if the target already has the buff, removes it, along with Shooting Mode's bind.
Shooting Mode will cause the owner of the buff to be immobile, their SP will decrease, but their ranged attack damage calculations will take into account their equipment skill level. In 1.88R, the accuracy multiplier was changed to 2x regardless of distance.
