Rogue archers are hostile NPCs. In combat they will attempt to attack with Firearms from melee. They are more commonly found alongside Rogue Bosses, where their level and stats will vary according to the PC's total fame. You may purchase one from the slave master in Derphy for 1457 gold.

As a pet, it's recommended to give them shotguns to benefit from their AI routine.

They have a very small chance to drop a blue capsule drag^[sic] when killed. This chance is greater in Elona+.

As a pet they will attempt to fire from melee range, which makes shotguns an ideal weapon for them.
