<Moyer> the Crooked is a vendor in Noyel. He sells a lot of engagement jewelry and regular jewelry, as well as various utility items. However, what he does sell is often three to four times more expensive than what other vendors would ask; so, shop with a grain of salt.

He also has a chained fire giant named Ebon.

Despite the <> brackets around his name, he is not a unique NPC, so he is not guaranteed to drop his corpse, card, and figure upon death.

<Moyer> the crooked has an updated sprite and a new unique portrait in Elona+. The portrait is located at 75 by the character sprite based numbering system.

He gained new skills: Lock Picking, Negotiation, and Disarm Trap. His Firearm skill also increased.

In versions 1.74fix and prior, his figure did not count towards the museum's unique level as he is not a unique NPC. It counts in 1.75 and later versions.
