Fairies are low level casters. They can cast Mind Bolt and use the suspicious hand special action to steal your gold while teleporting away. Fairies rarely engage in melee, and if you get close enough they'll likely just steal your gold and teleport away to gain distance and start casting spells again.

Strangely, these NPCs don't seem to have a class. Being a fairy race means they have superb innate resistances to some elements. (Not in Elona+)

In Elona+, their corpses grant Magic Resistance. Later versions also change their sprite, although the original is still used for higher rank fairies. It has a 1/200 chance to drop a Secret experience of Kumiromi on death.

Evolution[]

Fairies can be evolved into a Magna fairy with a <God Heart>, gaining 20 constitution, 30 magic, 30 life, 30 speed, Magic Equip special action, and a new sprite.

Elona+ Changes[]
