Elements Eyes is a precious item exclusive in Elona+. It was added in version 1.55. It can be obtained from Miral at Miral and Garok's Workshop at the cost of 35 Small medals.
Elements selection from using Elements Eyes
It sets the element of the Variable Breath and Attribute special actions based on the player's choice rather than the user's highest elemental resistance.
This also applies to all the pets in the party and ignore whether they have the special action or not. It can be used unlimited times.
When using it, the player will be prompted with the flavor text "< Shout the attribute you want >" and a list of elements: Fire, Cold, Lightning, Darkness, Mind, Poison, Nether, Sound, Nerve, Chaos, and Magic. Choosing one of them will show the flavor text "< (Element chosen) >", the message You changed own elemet[sic]. and element animation from player to pets.

The item sprite ID for the Elements Eyes is 1027 (Row 31, Column 4) using the item sprite zero-based position system.
