<Eila> the fugitive Kunoichi is a unique Elona+ NPC. She gives the Rule of Ninja quest and is located in Port Kurualm in South Tyris.

She was formerly called <Fugitive Kunoichi>. Later versions have changed her class to Ninja, but preserved her stats and skills as a Thief.

She wears some artifact equipment of decent materials, but upon completion of her quest, she will be killed, dropping said equipment along with the Gerbera Cross and a random speed ring. The latter two do not drop if she is killed by any other means, although she does drop her figurine, card, and corpse.

Some days after completing her quest, the NPC New citizen will appear inside Port Kurualm. Everything, plus her absence from Amur-Cage, hint that they're the same person. For this reason, you should kill <Eila> at least once for her card and figurine before completing her quest, otherwise you will need to waste wishes and hunt for card packs to get both.

She can be copied with an Astral Light Pen if the conditions are met.
