The Crop management tools is an item exclusive to Elona+, added in version 1.94.
Using the tools[]
Using it while standing over a crop offers the following options:

Selecting an option spends 10sp, halving the number of refresh ticks required for the next stage of growth. Using it on a crop at least once will cause the enhance value to increase by 3, where applicable. Using this on a crop for the first time gives Gardening experience and the selected option will determine which items the crop yields.
