Carnage rats are a type of hostile NPC in the Elona+ version of Elona. It is a stronger, 2nd tier version of a Rat; it looks just like one but with a darker tint.

They will always move into melee before attacking. Their attacks consist of unarmed melee attacks, or throwing their stone if they are unable to move.

Evolution

Carnage rats cannot be evolved.
