Arkhai is a cupid-class archer, exclusive to Elona+. It spawns neutral to the player and will attack hostile NPCs, unless specific situations dictate otherwise (eg. as a boss).
In combat, they try to stay a few squares away from the target and attack with a Bow. They can also buff themselves with Holy Shield and Attribution Shield, heal with Heal Critical and know the Eye of Mana special action ("arkhai gazes you!"), which drains MP.
They have an innate ability to float. All their resistances are NPC level resistance bonuses and will be lost on recruitment.
They are a somewhat rare encounter. Some of them, along with Seraphs an Dominions can be found wandering the Sacred Library of Irva as neutral NPCs.
They can drop the Astral Light Pen at a rate of 1/400.
