<Anubis> the master of death only appears in the Elona+ version of Elona. He resides in the Valley of Hereafter, located to the southeast of Ludus in South Tyris.
He wields the <Solar Cane>, which he will drop upon his defeat. The cane gives him extra darkness and magic resistance.
<Anubis> often uses normal attacks while sometimes using Touch of Weakness, or Shadow Step (which makes it tough to keep your distance). There are also references to his use of the Dark Eye spell, and strategic information from Informers mentions the spell Mist of Darkness, but as of version 2.22 he seems to have neither of those.
<Anubis> has no innate resistances or bit flags, but his cane, in addition to the resistances mentioned above, also give him immunity to poison and the ability to see see invisible creatures.
After his defeat, the PC will get the ankh of sun, a story item that will appear in player's journal. This is one of three items the PC needs to proceed in the main quest in Elona+.
Eating his corpse increases Nether resistance.
He can be copied with an Astral Light Pen if the conditions are met.

It seems that focusing on your defensive power isn't an effective strategy with this guy. What I mean is that he can quickly close the gap between his opponents with teleportation, making it a lot harder to keep your distance when need be."
