This NPC type only appears in the Elona+ version of Elona. It is the 4th tier of lich enemy, and is tinted a dark purple/blue.

Like the previous liches, it will often teleport while casting bolts. The ancient lich has access to the Nightmare hex, which weakens your overall resistances to all elements, making its already nasty high damage spells, backed up by its massive MAG stat, deal even more damage. Beware having no resistances and using a method of silencing is recommended.

It casts Darkness Bolt, Magic Dart, Nether Arrow, and Ice Ball.

It has a weakness to fire and no resistance to raw magic, with superb resists in all other elements.

Evolutions

The Ancient Lich cannot be evolved, even though previous lich monsters have a <Magic Heart> evolution.
