This NPC only appears in Elona+. She resides in the Deep-sea castle which can be reached from Valm in South Tyris.
In fight, she casts Hydro Bolt, Lightning Bolt, and Chaos Eye, while debuffing you with Slow and Nightmare. Prior to version 1.54, she also had the spell Crystal Spear (that's the old spell name for Magic Bolt), instead of Hydro Bolt.
Despite the fact that she is a Yith, she does not have innate mind resistance.
She ends the Companion of princess level 1 quest given by Leiki by talking to her, and sells either Age return lunch or Aging lunch at random for the cost of 1 small medals (she will notice the medals at the end of the dialogue and ask for one of them). Also, when talking with her, you can tell her your story / the story of one of your pets, this is a change of background in the same way as you created it when generating the character (reroll the first half, reroll the second half, reroll all of it, confirmation, change to "Secret " and canceling the background change).
Later on, she appears as a part of the Main Quest at the Island in madness, where she can return you to Valm if necessary. After completing the quest, she rewards you with an Abyss lunch and starts to sell it along with the other two lunches at random.
She can be copied with an Astral Light Pen (9 magic ink will be spent) if the conditions are met. Please note that technically, each time you visit the Deep-sea Castle, you talk to a new copy of the Abyss Princess, so make sure you meet the requirements to use the Astral Light Pen before raising her Impress.
In the English version, only her title is translated. Her full name is "深海の姫『ミヅキ』", or "<Mizuki> The Abyss Princess".

Although her height (from 110 to 140 centimeters) and weight (from 25 to 35 kilograms) may vary, her age is always 12,000 years old.
