What the...? This is amazing.
Yeah, I never played CGX though because I don't think will like it.
But, I noticed something when I searched for these reports to you continuing to develop CGX since 2.15R (iirc). Now, I'm addicted to playing CGX rather than Vanilla Plus. Thanks. (Sorry, Ano)
The ship and sea gameplay is fun because there are a lot of items for sale. I even got 10 stacks of herbs from the merchant, and also 40 potions of potential. Amazing, I must say.
I understand all of you said above. It is just like on the land when a character moves on the world map, the allies will do so. It seems Ano forgot to slap allies' sprites into the void or prevent them from activating any spot events.
As for now, I still collecting money in the land for my next expedition. So, I never encountered that bug yet in CGX 2.21.11. If you say it's been resolved, then I can relax. XD

I found it first in ver2.20, I think it's already there since 2.18 but I didn't see anything about the reports. I did write about it a while ago, but I don't know the specifics. But for now, I knew.
My trials for reproducing it:
Seabed area > Because I usually drowned in that area. (No Result)
It is already in 'Wetting!' status. (I don't think so)
Using Warship. (No, because using another ship also caused the bug)
Snowing when exiting sea map. (I don't know, maybe)
Spammed by events and then talked to NPC ships. (This one, I think)
Those trials also tried with new characters (did created 4, and used Cheat for gold to buy deeds), but the bug still exists. Waiting long enough before doing any actions after loading the game still causes the bugs.
I also created a video when the bugs occurred from a normal state (Using Zoom recording). I used my old character for easy money after tweaking using Elosnack about the offset 232 value (from JianmengYu).

I don't know what happened while in seabed area. As far I know, I usually just teleport and use escape/return scroll immediately when I enter the area. That's the only thing I do because I'm afraid of drowning.
If I can, I'll try to recreate the bugs again, or remembering movements I do so I wouldn't miss something.
In my game, I updated Elona+ from 2.18 to 2.20fix a while ago. At first, it went smooth and fun until I went to the seabed area (from Port Kapul).
The problem was with the 'wetting!' status. I don't know what happened but after I escaped from the seabed area, Whenever I change the map (like entering the towns or wilderness), my status went to the 'Wetting!' state instantly, preventing me from drinking anything.
I've also tried to remove anything from inventory, wear off every equipment, kill myself, etc. but, the problem persists. If I sleep, the status can return to normal as I can get up without 'Wetting!' and can drink again. I've tried to not drink after waking up and straight to get out from the map. Yes, I got 'Wetting!' status just like before.
My only solution is to create a new character. I'm not doing that because the bug just prevents me from drinking. Using a potion with 't' still works as usual, including curing corruption. So, I can still progress. However, I missed when I could drink from any wells/fountain I could find, so I could get a wish.
Is there anyone facing a bug like me? Or no?
Is there any solution or trick I could use to get rid of the 'Wetting!' state bug? I also hope it'll get patched in the next version.
By CGX, it's custom GX? What does it do? I've played E+ for years but doesn't know any else that still active.
I think you should just go straight with the new version. I wonder if there's any bugs that harm your gameplay in the older version.
Yes, agree with you about the mobile specific pages. It was wrong and need revisions. I come here when the mobile pages not created yet. But I feel like this wiki just helpful although the version is different. Now, with the mobile pages created and has many flaw as you say, then yes, Mobile users shouldn't use this wiki for the time being.
Addition, if you are have a free time and just curious about the thing works in Elona (mobile too), you can refer to this wiki. Sometimes, the mechanic is same for every version (just like eating some equipments). But unfortunately, this cannot give much detailed than discord because the mobile dev is somewhat changed the system as the updates come (i. e. Red Tier Allies).
A predator that can read? That's strange.
Jokes aside, just play it at your own pace. By the time you hit lv 50, you can do anything. Yes, anything. Ranged attacks, melee, unarmed, even magics. Well, this is because of Elona+ 'Travelling' skill. So keep your character and allies alive. Just moving around world map can also increase your skill levels, but watch the hunger status.
I agree that you should save your herb seed for later use. Keep on doing Harvest job and track your Gardening skill with <*> button. Achieving high Gardening level won't be too long. Worshipping Kumiromi can help you get said stone(s) that can revive dead plants. He is a cute little god, but I do love Jure more.

These comments (including mine) are just a suggestion. Use your own tactics to beat the game. There's no limit as long you stay playing. Do anything you like except touching <Gwen> with your Predator hands.

I also agreed with Harvest Time! job, you can start doing that immediately after you have Gardening and Weightlifting skills. I suggest you should do this job more often and collect money to buy farm deed. If you got herb seeds, plant them in your farm. You'll be powerful in no time.
If you are struggling about hitting your enemies, use magic. If the magic did not fail when casted, it surely will hit your target. But this is only optional if you want to go full melee predator build. At least, prepare some basic magic like cure wounds and small teleport would save you in the future. (Note: I loved Magic Eye feats tho because it can deal termendous damage to Liches, and Liches were hard to hit. xp)
Umm, is comment section on Ano's blog has been closed? I think that's the place to talk about suggestion, bugs, and something like that.
Oh, so that's Nyoi Mimikaki thing. I never use the feature yet, but thanks. That solved my curiousity. I thought it was something else more mature.
Hello, yesterday I opened Elona+ 2.07 graphic files and found something interesting. There's 2 graphic named bg40.bmp and bg41.bmp. I wonder what and where event which display that graphic. I know it's nsfw one but I'm curious.
