So I'm new to the game. I'm playing the mobile version of elona and I had to do this alien quest. I placed my allies on defensive when I killed the alien on the basement and drank poison asap. But for some reason when I went out the basement, there are aliens that has the same opacity as my allies that I placed on defensive and started attacking the town. This might be the beginning of an alien infestation and I need help. I searched for solutions and in the PC version it says you need to reset the town or nuke it. How do you reset the town on mobile? Or are there better solutions here?

You allies got infected, you need to clear them from pregnancy too.
As for the town, just go to another town and come back, it should reset it back to normal.
Also, i would suggest you join the Elona Mobile Discord for questions, very few people in this page play the mobile version, the chances of you staying for weeks without answer here are high.

Thank you very much! I thought I needed to restart but everything is fine now. Thanks for telling me the discord too. I'll need that a ton as there's not much of youtube tutorials for this game
Addition, if you are have a free time and just curious about the thing works in Elona (mobile too), you can refer to this wiki. Sometimes, the mechanic is same for every version (just like eating some equipments). But unfortunately, this cannot give much detailed than discord because the mobile dev is somewhat changed the system as the updates come (i. e. Red Tier Allies).
I really wouldn't suggest Mobile users to use this wiki. The member creating mobile specific pages doesn't know the most basic mechanics of the game, and refuses to search for help, choosing instead to just add wrong information.
I try to fix most of the pages, but there's surely some stuff that i didn't catch.
