Not that I'm complaining but... Have you seen the latest video? Amazingly, Noa managed to out-do himself in weirdness, I seriously don't understand what the game is about anymore.
From previous videos and Noa's own words I thought Elin would be more of a farming RPG like Rune Factory (Noa used this game as an example), but seeing the latest video I seriously can't understand what it is about anymore...
It doesn't seem to have a story (for now) or combat aspects (no fighting as of yet). No actual farming yet, but the amount of player pets seems to indicate that monster breeding will have a bigger role (maybe).
Also, what is that mob copying mechanic supposed to be? Kinda dissapointed the Lich copies didn't seem to behave differently (then again, it's still alpha stage).
I'm pretty sure I'm missing something out due to the language barrier. Any japanese speaker who can explain this game please? I'm very interested in Elin and hope to get to play it someday, but I also wish I understand what it actually is...
P.S: I miss the old Home music from vanilla Elona, so sweet...
P.S.S: Lewd humor seems to have been vetoed. Noa wants this game on Steam so no weird sexual humor, maybe.
